snowfall accumulations of up to one inch. Wind chills as low as
30 degrees below zero.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 11 AM MST this
morning. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon
to 9 AM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions due to icy, snow covered
roads and significantly reduced visibilities in falling and
blowing snow. Dangerously cold wind chills could lead to
hypothermia and can cause frostbite on exposed skin in 30
minutes or less.
