LARAMIE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE LCCC North Arp Parking Lot Reconstruction ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Separate sealed Bids for the LCCC North Arp Parking Lot Reconstruction will be received by Laramie County Community College, the Owner, at the Purchasing Office, located at 1400 East College Drive, Cheyenne WY until 3:30 p.m., prevailing local time, on March 4, 2020. Bids will be publicly opened, read aloud, and recorded. The Work includes and consists of furnishing all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services and equipment indicated, specified, mentioned, scheduled or implied per the Bid Documents for work on the specific aforementioned project. The work includes but may not be limited to: Expand paved parking area and add second approach. Remove existing surfacing. Regrade and pave parking area with asphalt and stripe stalls. Relocate lights and associated electrical work. Alternates are to reconstruct existing approach and add storm sewer line. And other work as shown on the design plans. All materials, services and/or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete project shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State, and Federal requirements in accordance with the requirements, terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions hereinafter contained. Substantial completion date is February 24, 2020; Final completion is July 31, 2020. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on February 18, 2020, at Laramie County Community College, 1400 East College Drive, Cheyenne, WY 82007, in the Plant Operations building room PO-106. Doors will be locked promptly at 10:00 a.m. Bid documents are available on All potential bidders should register on Public Purchase. A bid security of 5% of the total bid price will be required by all bidders. A 100% Performance & Payment bond of the accepted bid may be required.
