Thank you for deciding to participate in the second annual Cheyenne Day of Service on Saturday, May 11, 2019! We appreciate your dedication and your willingness to take time from your weekend to work for the benefit of others and the entire community.

This page is not set up to be a formal registration page for participation in the event, nor is it the proper way to connect with the city of Cheyenne or any of its departments about doing volunteer work at any public location. (To volunteer for a project in one of the parks, call city Parks Manager Sam Payne at 307-637-6433 or email spayne@cheyennecity.org.)

Rather, we hope you’ll take just a few minutes to let the Cheyenne Day of Giving board and Wyoming Tribune Eagle staff know about what you plan to do on May 11 and what you did after the fact.

If you are filling out this form before May 11, please provide as much detail as possible about the project you intend to complete, who will participate and a telephone number for the person in charge. This will help our reporters and photographers cover the Day of Service that day.

If you are returning to this page on or after May 11, thank you for coming back to let us know what you did! Please submit a small write-up about your work, and, if possible, upload a photo or two to go with it. We plan to use many of these write-ups online and in the print edition of the Wyoming Tribune Eagle to celebrate the work done during Day of Service. *

Once again, thank you for your time and dedication to the Cheyenne community! If you have any questions or issues related to this form or feedback about it or Day of Service, please call WTE Managing Editor Brian Martin at 307-633-3120 or email bmartin@wyomingnews.com.

*(By uploading the photo, you are giving the WTE permission to reprint it as news coverage and in future advertising by the WTE or Day of Giving for the Day of Service.)
