Repshire: 50

Darrel and Marilyn Repshire will celebrate 50 years of marriage on Saturday, Sept. 4.

They met at the University of Wyoming and married in 1971. They have lived on the family ranch at Hillsdale. Besides ranching and farming, Darrel worked for Laramie County School District 2 as a bus driver and substitute teacher for 38 years. Marilyn taught Family Consumer Science and Health for 30 years, mostly in Burns. She then taught K-6 in Cheyenne as a long-term substitute and as a “planning day sub” for 12 years.
