Our beautiful southern angel, Nana Kay Cook, 57, of Cheyenne received her warrior wings July 6.
She was born Nov. 16, 1961. Anyone who knew Nana discovered quickly that she was a very passionate lady full of southern charm. She had quiet strength, and a strong faith in her Lord Jesus Christ.
She loved her family, dogs, being outdoors with her husband and had a passion for elephant rescue centers.
She was very determined, hardworking and enjoyed her job at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for more than 23 years.
She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Guy Cook Jr.; and their two sons, Ty and Joshua Cook.
A memorial gathering will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home, 2222 Russell Ave. in Cheyenne.
