CHEYENNE – A Cheyenne man was sentenced this week in U.S. District Court on child pornography possession charges.
Marshall Sebastian Craft, 25, was sentenced Tuesday by federal District Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal to 24 months of imprisonment followed by five years of supervised release, and was ordered to pay $100 for a special assessment and $1,500 in restitution.
The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force investigated the case.
The case was part of Project Safe Childhood, which is a nationwide initiative that combats child sexual exploitation and abuse. The initiative was started in May 2006 by the U.S. Department of Justice.
