Cheyenne woman receives grant for work with feral dogs

Marschner has been making these trips using her own funding and some small donations, but through a collaborative grant request by St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church in Cheyenne and St. John’s Episcopal Church in Jackson, the Episcopal Church of Wyoming has made $50,000 available to Marschner to be used to pay veterinarian bills for neutering and spaying, as well as vaccinations.

Marschner has brought more than 300 puppies to the Cheyenne area, which have been adopted by local residents.
