CHEYENNE – Gov. Mark Gordon has ordered the Wyoming state flag be flown at half-staff at the Capitol in Cheyenne, in Teton County and in Fremont County from sunrise to sunset Thursday, Sept. 17, in honor of Grant Larson.
Larson served in the Wyoming Senate from 1995-2010, representing District 17, and was president of the Senate in 2005 and 2006. He passed away Sept. 11.
This notice is only for the Wyoming state flag and only at three locations in the state. Other flags should remain at full-staff.
