CHEYENNE – Effective Friday, Oct. 15, the Municipal Building at 2101 O’Neil Ave. will be closed until further notice for boiler repairs.

“The safety and well-being of our employees and the citizens who visit our building is and always will be paramount,” Mayor Patrick Collins said in a news release. “With that said, we need our Municipal Building employees to work remotely until issues with the building’s boiler are resolved.”

City employees will remain available to the public via email and office phone numbers that will be rerouted to cellphones. The Municipal Building is the location of the following departments: Human Resources, Information Technology (IT), Compliance, City Clerk, City Council, Planning and Development, Engineering, Public Works, Community Recreation & Events, City Attorney, City Treasurer and Mayor’s Office.
