Michael R. Swartz, 50, transient, on a warrant for failure to appear at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Central Avenue.

Tanya M. Hernandez, 44, of Jefferson Road for felony possession of schedule IV controlled substances and taking contraband into penal/correctional facility at 3:29 p.m. Tuesday at the Laramie County jail, 1910 Pioneer Ave. She was also arrested earlier for misdemeanor shoplifting between $100-$300 and giving false identity at 11:58 a.m. Tuesday in the 1700 block of Fleischli Parkway.

Ricky J. Gadbaw Jr., 34, transient, for probation violation and interference with a peace officer at 12:59 p.m. Tuesday at West Fifth Street and Capitol Avenue.

Nicholas Beyne, 32, of Snyder Avenue for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, three counts of leaving the scene of an accident with unattended vehicles, interference with a police officer, no driver’s license, no proof of liability insurance, careless driving and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, 214 E. 23rd St.

Delbert L. Spence, 60, of College Drive on a warrant for failure to appear at 10:35 p.m. Monday at Morrie Avenue and East Lincolnway.

Wade M.M. Prehn, 44, transient, for public intoxication at 7:53 p.m. Monday in the 200 block of West 17th Street.

David S. Massar, 60, transient, for public intoxication, open container and on a warrant for failure to appear at 6 p.m. Monday in the 3300 block of Sheridan Street.

Johnathan T. Aubin, 37, of Mountain Loop on a warrant for failure to appear at 3:49 p.m. Monday at West 17th Street and Ames Avenue.

Ashley D. Sinesh, 32, transient on a warrant for failure to appear at 7:59 a.m. Tuesday at the Interstate 25 welcome center off exit 4.

Geeber Miramontes, 28, of Dallas Road for DUI, driving with a suspended license and on a Laramie County warrant for probation violation at 11:57 p.m. Monday at mile marker 0 on U.S. Highway 85.
