In a culture of labels and political, religious posturing propaganda, how to you discern what is for real? Unfortunately, the deep seated propaganda is well established, the natural progression of often repeated lies becoming tradition over time eventually becomes more established and immovable than facts or truth.
As an example, I'll use Middle Eastern political-religious tension fueled by continuous propaganda. The word "Jerusalem" is not found in the Koran, and according to the Koran in Suna 17, "and Allah said to the children of Israel: Dwell in the Land." The fought-over and "worshiped" Temple Mount in Jerusalem is actually the old Roman Fort Antonia from the time of Jesus, just before the destruction of Jerusalem. The Bible confirms this in Matthew 24 and elsewhere, if only tradition, "fake news" wasn't believed.
