So, the Cheyenne Regional Air Focus Team and Wendy Volk, president of CRAFT, and Airport Director Tim Barth are trying to tout the "success" of the Dallas, Texas, flights by SkyWest Airlines as a "momentous" achievement. Are you kidding me?

How can they claim that such a "success" has contributed to the lowering of the minimum revenue guarantee by $150,000 from 2018 to 2019 due to increased passenger traffic when, in reality, the price of jet fuel dropped by $9.6 billion nationwide from 2018 to 2019? (Source: International Air Transit Association) In other words, SkyWest cut CRAFT a break due to the lower cost of jet fuel prices ... simple as that!
